Song of the Week

This weekend, Luke's request for dessert having not eaten his dinner prompted my "How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat!" The kids looked at me like I was nuts, then I had to sing a few lines which made Lynn look at me like I was nuts. Oh well. Pink Floyd is nutty.

Theologians like Ryle, Lloyd-Jones and Packer (to name a few) would say that the pragmatic approach came (and comes) out of a man-centered doctrine of salvation. Revival, they would say is God's part and His alone. Preparation for revival is something we can and should be involved in. This is an interesting topic, and I'm glad you are bringing to light some of the lesser known reformed theologians. Thanks, Dan!
