Ok, so anyone want to guess how many I've seen? Here's a hint, I haven't seen Gran Torino yet - Lynn didn't think it would be a good Valentine's Day date movie - still not sure why? Check out the whole list (25 more honorable mentions) with comment on why they made the list.

This movie list is awful.

Though, I guess I don't qualify as conservative anyway...

What, how can you say that. Ok, Ghostbusters and Blast from the Past are awful, but Lord of the Rings, Dark Knight, 300, Braveheart, We Were Soldiers, Red Dawn...those are some of my favorites!

Haha, yeah I should have explained. What bothers me is the "Top Conservative Movies" --- the concept, all the stuff that went behind selecting movies through that lens, etc ...

Who knew I'd over-think this one too!?

One thing that 'disturbs' me about the list is how many violent/war movies there are on the list. Does being conservative meaning being hawkish?

The idea of a list is odd. FYI, there's also a list of the top reformed movies out there, see http://kimriddlebarger.squarespace.com/the-latest-post/2009/2/20/top-reformed-movies.html.
